2 large red tomatoes, chopped
2 cups watermelon chunks
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbl red wine vinegar
2 tbl olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c. sliced fresh basil leaves
Combine tomatoes, watermelon and cucumber in medium bowl. Whisk the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and toss with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
