Thai Beef and Tomato Salad

1 tbl Splenda brown sugar blend
2 tbl lime juice
2 tbl soy sauce
2 tsp peanut oil
2 tsp chili paste with garlic
2 tsp grated fresh peeled ginger
2 tsp Thai fish sauce or water

4 cups of your favorite lettuce blend
2-3/4 cups halved grape tomatoes
3/4 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced peeled & seeded cucumber
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbl chopped fresh basil
1 tbl chopped fresh mint
1/2 lb leftover garlic steak, sliced thin, or deli roast beef

Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.

3-4 servings

Whisk dressing ingredients together in small bowl
