Garlic Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

1 lb. steak (your choice of cut), trimmed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced

Heat grill or broiler.

Rub steak evenly on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic. Grill or broil 6 minutes. Turn and grill another 4 minutes or until desired doneness. Cover steak and let stand 5 minutes. Serve with Chimochurri Sauce:

1/4 c. packed fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tbl lemon juice
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar or Splenda
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1 large garlic clove
1 tbl olive oil
1/2 tbl water

Place sauce ingredients in mini food processor and process until finely minced.
