Mexican Black Bean Salad

1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
3 scallions, chopped
2 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
1/3 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 tbl olive oil
1 tbl lime juice
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss gently. Chill until ready to serve.
