White Chocolate Raspberry Cottage Cheese Pudding

1 24-oz container LF/FF cottage cheese
2 tbl Penzey's Raspberry Enlightenment (or SF raspberry syrup or all-fruit raspberry jam)
1 pkg SF/FF white chocolate pudding mix
1/4 c. Splenda

Whiz in food processor or blender until smooth.
