1/4 c. chopped red onion
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp lime zest
3 tbl lime juice
3 tbl light mayonnaise
8 oz imitation crab, flake style
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped
3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
Toss all ingredients except lettuce together until well combined. Chill until ready to serve. Serve on top of lettuce.
