16 oz raw spinach, rinsed but not dried
1 tbl butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pinch nutmeg
1/8 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion until translucent. Reduce heat to medium, add spinach, cover and cook 5 min. or until spinach is wilted. Add seasonings, stir well, and serve.
