Orange Broccoli Salad

1 tbl orange juice
1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
2-1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.

Steam the broccoli until tender-crisp.

Mix together the broccoli, mandarin oranges, and juice mixture.
