Creamed Cabbage

3 cups shredded cabbage
1 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch nutmeg
8 oz FF evaporated milk or half and half
1/4 c. dried breadcrumbs
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Spread cabbage evenly in baking dish. Sprinkle with Splenda, salt and nutmeg. Pour in evaporated milk. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan.

Bake 45 min.
