Green Beans with Lemon & Mint

1 lb green beans
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. chopped fresh mint
1 tsp grated lemon zest
2 tbl lemon oil or olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Steam the beans 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Pat dry on paper towels.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl, add the beans and toss to coat.

Serve at room temperature.
