3/4 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
1 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbl chopped fresh mint
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
Steam the green beans 5 min. or until tender-crisp.
While the beans cook, whisk rest of ingredients in a large bowl.
Drain the beans and add to the mustard mixture, stirring to coat. Serve at room temperature.
