4 chicken thighs (or breasts, if you prefer)
1 cup soy sauce
1 12-oz can pineapple tidbits
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Spray the crock-pot with cooking spray. Place the chicken in the crock-pot. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Cook on low for 6 hrs or until chicken is done.
