White Bean Skordilia

2 c. cooked white beans
2 tbl chopped garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. tahini
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
3 tbl chopped fresh mint

Whiz in a food processor, adding water as needed to thin to desired consistency. Serve with pita bread/chips, crackers, or raw veggies.
