Carrot Apple Salad

2 tbl light mayonnaise
1 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups grated carrots
1 medium apple, finely chopped (peel first if desired)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins

Combine the mayo, Splenda, and vinegar in a bowl. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
