Salmon with Avocado Dip

SALMON:
1 lb salmon fillets
1 tsp dillweed
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Place the salmon in the pan skin side down. Sprinkle the salmon with the seasonings and bake 10-12 min. or until fish flakes easily. Serve with the avocado dip.

4 servings

AVOCADO DIP:
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbl plain yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper

Whiz together in a mini food processor.
