Creamy Shrimp & Pasta

12 oz pasta of your choice
4 oz light cream cheese
2 tbl olive oil
1 tbl butter or margarine
1 cup chopped tomatoes
4 tbl shredded Parmesan cheese
2 scallions, chopped
6 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c. fat free milk
1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined

Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil, butter, tomatoes and garlic. Add the cream cheese and milk and stir until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese and shrimp. Toss the shrimp sauce with the pasta.
