Creamy Cauliflower Salad

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbl bacon bits
1 tbl Splenda
3 tbl light mayonnaise

Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender-crisp. Drain and put in a large bowl. Add bacon bits, Splenda, and mayonnaise and toss to coat.

4-6 servings
