This spread is yummy on a toasted thin bun, bagel, or English muffin.
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
2 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped dates (can substitute raisins if you prefer)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sugar free caramel syrup
2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
dash of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor and whiz until smooth.
