1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled
3 plum tomatoes, seeded & diced
2 tbl lime juice
2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, & diced
1 cup diced cantaloupe
1 cup diced honeydew melon
1/2 cup cilantro mayonnaise (see below)
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

Cilantro Mayonnaise
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. light sour cream
1 tsp grated orange zest
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
dash salt
dash pepper
