This dressing is lovely on a simple spinach salad.
2 tablespoons light sour cream
2 tablespoons fat free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar (or cider vinegar)
1/4 cup no-sugar-added raspberry jam
2 teaspoons Splenda
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Whiz the ingredients in a mini food processor.
