1/2 cup sour cream (I use reduced fat)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (I use the olive oil version)
1+ teaspoon wasabi (to taste)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
Whisk it all together and serve with roast beef, steak, or burgers.
